Baseball Quebec Ruleset 2026
Our league operates until the Baseball Quebec Ruleset in conjunction with the Baseball Canada OBR and the Lac St. Louis Operational Rules.
Konstantin Ryabitsev has put together a very helpful and detailed document explaining the major changes from previous years.
One important note: Baseball Quebec has put in place their own rules for defensive sitting outs (105.3.4). This rule contradicts our league rule. The only time that this rule will apply is for tournaments and provincials. For the LSL regular season and for the regionals, we will continue to use the same rules that we implemented last year with the sit out sheets (Chapter 7, Article 3 Lac St. Louis Operational Rules) and not follow the procedures listed in BQ 105.3.4.
